About 85% of an iceberg lies below the water line. The same can be said for people. To truly know others and ourselves we must look past the surface and gain understanding of what lies beneath. What drives us? What makes us tick?  Why do we think, feel and do what we do?  Research indicates that more than 95 percent of our thoughts each day are the same as the day before and are driven by subconscious patterns. When we are tired or overwhelmed or even simply not “present” to the moment, our unconscious programming takes over.  How, then, can we take command of this powerful system and utilize it to our advantage? How can we intentionally decide what thoughts will pervade and control our lives?  Once we learn to understand this system, and take command of it’s awesome creative or destructive power, we can transform lives and the world around us.
