His studies also include comprehensive research into the areas of Organizational Behavior & Adaptability, The Psychology of Change & Peak Performance, Cognitive-Behavioral Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience & Neuro-Linguistics, and all of the great world Theological, Spiritual & Philosophical Traditions, having read more than 1,500,000 pages covering virtually every aspect of the human condition.

In the past three decades, he has founded/co-founded and helped build companies from the ground up that together have generated in excess of half a billion dollars.
