Blessings on Me, Blessings on You

By Alan Lowis

Blessings On Me - Country Song by Alan Lowis

Blessings are everywhere — woven into the ordinary moments of everyday life, waiting to be noticed.

So much of what we call “normal” is actually extraordinary when we pause long enough to see it. The life most of us have right now, exactly as it is, is the life of someone else’s wildest dreams. And when we truly see that, something shifts. Gratitude stops being a concept and becomes a lens. Life feels fuller. Richer. More generous.

And what if even the stumbles, the falls, and the challenges were blessings in disguise? What if they, too, were quietly serving us — shaping us, strengthening us, and helping us grow into who we are becoming?

This song, “Blessings on Me,” speaks to that realization — that life is never withholding from us, but ,rather, constantly giving.  When we learn to recognize the blessings already present, they don’t just appear — they multiply. They overflow.

Like a river that grows wider the more we trust it, the more attention we give it.

This song is an invitation to remember what’s already working, what’s already beautiful, and what’s already on your side. To remind ourselves to appreciate all that we have, materially, but more importantly and more powerfully, to appreciate the people in our lives who are there for us and the opportunities that surround us.

Because when you see life this way, blessings aren’t coming someday… They are here.

Blessings on me.

Blessings on you.

Sometimes all it takes is a simple shift in perspective to help someone see the blessings already around them — and already on them.

Blessings grow when they’re shared.
