• Fly and Arrive at SJO (1 hour away) and drive to the Retreat Center using UBER or TAX (Platinum enrollments will be picked up upon arrival and dropped off at the airport for return home at LIR).

• Dinner, relaxation and sleep at the Retreat Center

FRIDAY

• AM – Shower & Breakfast at Lodge.

• Morning Yoga & Relaxation

• Trip to Waterfall

• 12:30 – 1:30 pm Lunch

• 1:30 – 3:30 pm Nature Hike on site or Nature Relaxation & Art Project

• 3:30 – 4:30 pm Guided Meditation & Breathing Exercises

• 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm Water Exercises, Heat &Cold Immersion

• 7:30 am Wakeup – Guided Shower Meditation Heat/Cold Hike, Yoga, Meditation

• 12:30 – 1:30 Lunch

• 1:30 – 6:30 pm Day 2 Afternoon Program 

• 7:00 - 8:00 pm Dinner

• 8:00pm – ? Day 2 Evening Program

SUNDAY

• 7:30 am Wakeup – Guided Shower Meditation Heat/Cold Hike, Yoga, Meditation

• 8:00 am – 9:00 am Breakfast

• 9:00 am – 12:00 noon – Day 2 Morning Program

• 12:30 – 1:30 Lunch

• 1:30 – 6:30? pm Day 2 Afternoon Program

• 7:00-8:00 pm Dinner, Nature, Relaxation

MONDAY

• fly home or optional additions can be arranged for guests who would like to have time in Costa Rica before or after the event including ATV’s, Hot Springs, Canopy Tour/Zip Lining, Poas Volcano Tour, Waterfall Excursions, Whitewater Rafting, Butterfly Sanctuary, and more.

*All flights and ground must be arranged and paid for separately by participant.

* U.S. Citizens flying to Costa Rica need a passport, which expires in more than 6 months, but no visa is currently necessary. Please reconfirm as these governmental requirements can change.
