THURSDAY

• Fly and/or drive

• Arrive at Ontario (1 hour) or Lax (2 hours) and drive to the mountains. (or if local to Southern California drive to mountains – less than 2 hours from Santa Barbara, LA, OC and San Diego and Inland Empire via Uber, Lyft or Rental Car. (Platinum enrollments will be picked up upon arrival and dropped off at the airport for return home).

FRIDAY

• 11:00 am – Transport to our site

• 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm Check in to Site & Unpack & Relax (arrival time for special discounted admissions)

• 12:30-1:30 pm Lunch

• 1:30 – 3:30 pm Nature Hike or Nature Relaxation & Art Project

• 3:30 – 4:30 pm Guided Meditation & Breathing Exercises.

• 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm Water Exercises, Heat & Cold Immersion

• 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm Dinner

• 7:30 pm – 8:00 pm Gathering Outside Event Venue

• 8:00 pm – ?? am Day 1 Program (include board break through experience)

SATURDAY

• 7:30 am Wakeup – Guided Shower Meditation Heat/Cold Hike, Yoga, Meditation

• 8:00 am – 9:00 am Breakfast

• 9:00 am – 12:00 noon – Day 2 Morning Program

• 12:30 – 1:30 Lunch

• 1:30 – 6:30 pm Day 2 Afternoon Program

• 7:00-8:00 pm Dinner

• 8:00pm – ?? Day 2 Evening Program (Night Trapeze Leap &; Ropes Course)

SUNDAY

• 7:30 am Wakeup – Guided Shower Meditation Heat/Cold Hike, Yoga, Meditation

• 8:00 am – 9:00 am Breakfast

• 9:00 am – 12:00 noon – Day 2 Morning Program

• 12:30 – 1:30 Lunch

• 1:30 – ?? pm Day 2 Afternoon Program

Those needing to stay over can arrange an airport hotel and fly out the next morning.

Those who desire to, can drive home that night and be ready for your workweek.
